Together with the residents of Santa Rosa de Santo Domingo, we started a community project at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The objective was to continue caring for the environment, but maintaining physical distance. The project continues, and more than 10 families have come together to reduce the organic waste produced in the kitchen.
